New York Issues NOFA on Credits

The New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal has announced the availability of federal and state housing tax credits, and other types of funds, as part of its 2009 Unified Funding Round. The application deadline for roughly $25 million in federal housing credits and $4 million in state housing credits is 2/11/09. An online application is expected to be ready by 12/1/08.
